Securboration’s DESIDe™ system implements what can be viewed as a “Model-Based Program Management (MBPM™) approach to managing large-scale programs that is aligned to the USAF and USN Vision of an Integrated Digital Ecosystem. It is designed to support the entire DoD Acquisition Community by providing an intuitive user experience to access Program, Business, Engineering, Test and Evaluation, Manufacturing, Quality, and Logistical data for specific programs/contracts and support the user’s ability to cross-reference the data between programs/contracts. Providing this type of access to the “Authoritative Source of Truth” for each program across the entire acquisition community allowing the team to not just build better systems better but to build systems better.

Overview
Securboration’s Business Analytics and Digital Transformation Team is focused on developing a Secure and Collaborative Integrated Digital Ecosystem that supports the vision of the Department of the Air Force Digital Transformation Office (DAF DTO) to “modernize the way they work by creating a digitally-powered Air and Space Force”. .
The DESIDe™ system implements a Model-Based Program Management (MBPM) approach to managing large-scale programs across the complete lifecycle from Material Solution Analysis thru Operations and Support in support of the Evolving Acquisition Process.
It provides a Digital Ecosystem that is designed to support all disciplines of the program organization by providing an intuitive user experience to access Program Management, Business Management, Engineering, Test and Evaluation, Manufacturing, Quality, and Logistical data for specific programs and support the user’s ability to create and share knowledge within and between related organizations and programs.
Providing this type of access to the “Authoritative Source of Truth” for each program across the entire acquisition community allowing Groups to create and share “Composite Knowledge” on a variety of data products to not just “build better systems but to build systems better”.
Operation
DESIDe is an integrated digital ecosystem designed to connect
in a single desktop environment to provide program managers, business managers, chief engineers, IPT Leads, Maintainers, … an environment to access and share the information they need to make quantitative-based decisions on the challenging problems that are made every day during the execution of complex development, production, and maintenance programs.
DESIDe™ can provide the primary user interface to the program’s entire set of documentation from system requirements, design material, and test procedures/reports to training courseware, and maintenance technical orders. The documentation can be in the form of MsWord, MsPowerpoint, SysML, Adobe PDF, or just about any other common form of digital media.
DESIDe™ can be directly connected to multiple cost estimating models invoked to provide real-time forecast/estimates in the form of Modeled Cost Work Scheduled (MCWS) which can be fully integrated with the standard Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB).
DESIDe™ supports the Microsoft Hololens 2 device to provide the user an immersive Augmented Reality/Virtual Reality (AR/VR) experience when performing maintenance activities guided by the formal Technical Orders (TOs). In this mode, the user maintains the ability to easily access and share knowledge related to the maintenance process/instructions as well as the individual components being maintained.
